Vivi muitos altos e baixos emocionalmente , nada grave são coisas rotineiras mesmo , eu tive um recaída do meu quadro de depressão ,então vivi mais dias deprimida do que bem . Com isso engordei tudo de novo , os poucos kls que tinha emagrecido durante esses 3 anos ,eu ganhei de volta e com isso a tristeza aumentou mais ainda , e quando isso aconteceu resolvi parar de fazer dieta ,ra seja lá o que for ,quase fui atrás da cirurgia bariátrica , mais tenho tanto medo de faca e fiquei enrolando e não fui .
No início do mês ,uma conhecida minha que eu não via a um tempo me procurou e eu me assustei com o corpo dela , ela desde novembro emagreceu 18 kls ,ela tinha o meu peso e já está com o corpo se definindo ,e ela me contou o que ela está fazendo ,ela está usando os produtos da Herbalife ,meninas fiquei tão encantada e vi um fio desperança para mim .
Me cadastrei na Herbalife ,para pegar os produtos com desconto e comecei a utilizar no dia 10/05 , e já estou vendo os resultados . Em 16 dias ,eliminei 1 kl e 4 cm de barriga , no total no meu corpo eliminei 13,5 cm de medidas .
Só no foi melhor meu resultado ,pois passei um final de semana em um hotel fazenda e não teve jeito né ? um outro detalhe é que tenho que ir devagar com os chás ,pois contém cafeína e eu tenho a pressão alta , Gente mais os produtos são maravilhosos , os shake com proteína da um excelente sustento e diminui a vontade de comer bobeira .
